Facility Operators: Use Both Portals During Transition
Some features remain available only in the legacy portal, while others have moved to the new portal. Please continue to use both as needed.
On this site you can find/view/print tickets, update tickets, submit new locate requests, and submit design - survey requests.
OKIE811 only accepts Normal locate requests, Re-Marks, Extends, 2nd Notice Requests, Demolition, and Design - Survey Requests via the Portal ticket entry. Excavators can provide a minimum notice of 48 hours (not including date of notification, weekends and holidays) up to a maximum of 10 business day notice prior to the excavation start date. Facility Owner and Operators will have until stated work date and time to respond.
IMPORTANT: If you do not receive a confirmation number within 3 hours from the time you submitted the locate request via web,
please call our Contact Center at 8-1-1 or 800-522-6543 to ensure your request has been received.
Locate Requests are good for 14 calendar days from the date of excavation stated on the ticket.

an OKIE811 representative.
